Once at the labyrinth doors, she knocked just like how her aunt told her when she wanted to hear about her what she thought at the time was a story. The doors opened and she smiled "Just like aunt Sarah told me" She said to herself as she walked in, just to keep herself busy she was talking to herself, "Why do I have to like the one guy that is after my aunt." She said; that was the one thing that she did not mean to say out loud but she did with out really knowing what she was talking about.

Jareth reappeared at the center of the labyrinth, in his castle, of course. The goblins were mingling about and as he sat in his throne, a thought occurred to him. "Hoggle." He said, appearing down in the forest part of the labyrinth, appearing behind the short little wrinkled man, who jumped in alarm at hearing his voice. "Oh! J-Jareth sir--" The little man said at once before Jareth cut him off. "Higgle--" "Hoggle, sir." "Yes.. I have someone I want you to meet." Hoggle looked up at him in confusion. "Who Jareth?" Jareth smirked to himself. "A girl, Sarah's niece I believe. The goblins brought her here without my orders. And now she is trying to get through the labyrinth on her own. Would you prehaps like to 'help' her?" He said, just as he had asked Hoggle years ago before Sarah had arrived.

Of course the little man nodded and Jareth smirked. "Very well. Oh and Hoggle." He said, stopping Hoggle in his tracks. "If you let Kira kiss you, like you foolishly let Sarah do," He said with a frown. "I'll turn you into the Prince, Prince of the land of stench!" He said before disappearing. Hoggle sighed and turned the corner, heading towards the young girl. If you really are Sarah's niece Kira, he thought to himself, you're in over your head.

Kira was mentally slapping herself as she was trying to find her way around the labyrinth. "There has to be a way around here" She said looking around, she turned around as she was looking for something she saw Hoggle. "Is that Hoggle?" She asked herself as she started walking to him, the close she got to him the more she could tell that it was him. "Hoggle!" She said smiling at him and waved to him.

Hoggle jumped a little in surprise when the girl, Kira, managed to spot him before he saw her. When he turned around, he saw her walking towards him, waving. The girl did resemble Sarah slightly in appearance, but only time would tell after all, you couldn't judge a book by its cover. Hoggle put on a small smile. "Are you Kira?" He asked, just wanting to make sure it was the right girl before he began to help her through the labyrinth.

"Yes I'm Kira" She said looking down at him, he looked what her aunt had told her. "Why do you ask?" she was looking around again trying to think of a way and what her aunt told her about the labyrinth. God this is going to be hard if the labyrinth really did change She thought as she brought her eyes back to Hoggle. "Hey Hoggle can you show me how to get thru the labyrinth, and please don't say that you don't know your way around here because i know that is bull" Kira said looking at him with pleading eyes.

Hoggle shallowed and looked around. "Well umm, Kira, the labyrinth doesn't exactly stay the same.." He started, but then decided it was better not to act like he didn't know, especially since she said that she knew that he did in fact know his way around the labyrinth. "Alright, I will." He said, finally giving in, turning and begining to head through a maze of twists and turns, forcing Kira to keep up with him.

Jareth watched from above the maze, standing ontop of the walls as Hoggle and Kira walked through the wall maze, out of sight of the two. Hoggle kept a good distance from Kira, though she seemed to be able to follow him just fine. He remember hearing the song she had been humming earlier. Jareth wondered if Sarah had taught her it. Jareth decided to sing a few words from it, his voice echoing against the walls, almost like a whisper. "How you've turned my world.. you precious thing.." Jareth began to sing quietly as Hoggle, ignoring Jareth and obeying his orders, shouted from up ahead. "Keep moving Kira!" Jareth continued. "You starve and near exhaust me.."

Kira was following Hoggle just fine until she heard Jareth to sing the song that she was humming before, she was slowing down but was still talking. She was mouthing the words as she was hearing them, soon she was walking slowly instated of her normal medium speed. This song...its then only way that aunt Sarah could calm me down. She thought as she could see Hoggle farther up then she was. "No, I have to keep up." Trying to ignore the song she ran to keep up with Hoggle

Jareth saw how the song was effecting her, and chose to continue to sing on. Hoggle knew what he was doing, and Hoggle knew that he was supposed to 'lose' Kira, so he kept walking at a quick pace. "Everything I've done, I've done for you.." Jareth sang as he let one of his crystals appear before Kira as it began to roll in a direction. "I move the stars for no one.." Hoggle lost sight of Kira, and stopped, knowing that once Jareth wanted him to 'find Kira' Jareth would tell him. Now she was on her own. "You've run so long.. You've run so far.." He sang as the crystal came to a stop and rose in middle air, hovering in the air in front of Kira.

Kira was looking at the crystal, she was just watching it as it was floating in mid air. Just looking at it, had her shiver a little but she really could not help but bringing out her hand and grabbing it, she could tell that what she just did was wrong but she wanted to know what Jareth wanted her to do with it.

Jareth watched as Kira took the crystal, even though it seemed that she knew it was wrong to do so. The crystal, now her in hands, transformed into a bright red, delicious looking apple. Jareth remembered when he had given Sarah the peach. He almost felt a moment of deja vu as he now saw Kira with the apple. "Your eyes can be so cruel.." He sang at a whisper now, as though he was standing right behind her.

Kira looked at the apple and sighed she was hungry but she knew what it means if she where to bit into it, she was trying to think if she should eat the apple or not. Her stomach was telling her other wise so she took a bit of it. I knew this was going to happen. She thought as she was becoming dizzy.

Jareth smirked as he saw Kira, against her will, take a bit from the apple. He watched as she began to get dizzy, and once more it felt almost like deja vu with Sarah. The walls of the labyrinth seemed to fall away around Kira, and the sky became black. And from the emptiness, another crystal floated down to her. Inside there was a little dancing figure, and as she would look more closely, she would notice that it was her. Music began to play as she would find herself in a crowded ballroom, with other people all in masks, a masquerade ball. Jareth kept his distance at first, watching her from behind his mask. He appeared in front of her, but then disappeared behind another guest or a fan.

Kira now at ball she was trying to get away from the big group that was dancing, she really did not like any big groups even if she knew that people she still did not like it. As Jareth would disappear she would look around to see if he was behind her or any were around her. As she was cloeas to were the chairs were she was stopped another big group but this group was different there was some one in the middle.

Jareth watched as Kira moved around the crowded ballroom in confusion, like a deer caught in headlights. She was wearing a very similar gown to the one that Sarah had worn, it was also white. And Jareth was dressed in dazzling blue. From the middle of the second large group, Jareth emerged, lowering his mask as he walked up to her. Before she was even given the chance to speak, he had her in his arms and dancing with them along with the rest of the room. Music that had been playing faintly in the background was suddenly louder, as a song, which may or may not have been familiar to Kira, depending on if Sarah had taught her it or not, began to play. "There's such a sad love.. deep in your eyes.." Jareth's voice sang, though his lips did not move. "A kind of pale jewel, open and closed within your eyes.. I'll paint the sky, within your eyes.."

The whole time that they were dancing she was looking down, Kira really was not a good dancer but once a song that she knew started playing she was looking up. She was looking ever were but at Jareth, she knew that if she did she might accidentally kiss him; he was still stuck on her aunt so why should he care about some one like her right? even if she was Sarah's niece what was so spacial about her? that was all she asked herself when one of her 'friends' were telling her that she was lucky to have a family like hers.

Jareth smirked a little when she finally looked up, a definite sign that she knew the song. So Sarah really had told her little niece everything? The song continued, and slowly, the dancing, the music, even the people would begin to spin around, blurring together almost. "As the pain sweeps through, makes no sense for you.." He continued, "Every thrill has gone, wasn't too much fun at all.." And as he sang the next few lines, he removed one of his hands from her to gently lift her chin upwards and forwards, so that she would finally look at him. "But I'll be there for you, as the world falls down." He sang, almost whispering the last few words.

Kira now looking up at Jareth was trying to fight the urge to kiss him. From what her aunt told her he had not aged at all, as they people were spinning and blurring together she knew that it was a dream but, she did not what to leaver. Unlike her aunt she wanted to be here; she had nothing back home that she wanted or need all that was back home for her were her 'friends' who would take every thing that she had if they could siblings that would pick on her no matter what she did and parents that thought that she was depressed and crazy. Sure the depressed thing was true but that was only because no one was listening to her about what she wanted or need to talk about.

Jareth knew that by now Sarah was a much older woman, though he would never age. Even though he was the 'Goblin King' Jareth was not a goblin, but he was not human either. He was something else.. something that prehaps did not have a name. He saw in Kira's eyes that her mind was racing, probably thinking of a million and one things all at once. "Makes no sense at all.. Makes no sense at all.." He sang, though yet again his lips did not move, as their faces seemed to get closer and closer, inching closer with every word. Jareth kissed her lips softly, and the kiss might have lasted longer, but then the grandfather clock rang out the hour of 6. As the chimes echoed inside the ballroom, "Falling in love.. as the world falls down.." were the last words heard as the world around her came crashing down, literally. The ground disappearing, as she seemed to fall down, while the other guests remained high in the air. "Falling.. Falling.. Falling in love.."

Once the world was gone she woke up, she was panting hard, that was one thing that she was scared of; falling, ever snits she was little she had been scared of falling, as she was getting up she was thinking about when she first started being afraid of falling, it was when her second older brother was throwing her up in the air and then catching her about the third or forth time he was doing that he was acting like he was not going to catch her so she started screaming and kicking; the ending of that day was her brother got yell at and Kira hurt her back. Getting up and walking again, Kira was now looking once again for a way to the center of the labyrinth.

Jareth, instead of returning to his castle at the center of the labyrinth, went in search of Hogwarth-- or whatever the blast wrinkled old man's name was! At last he found him hovering near the forest part of the labyrinth. "Hoggle.." He said after a moment's hesistant to remember the old man's name. "You may rejoin Kira now." Jareth said simply before walking past him. However he suddenly remembered something and turned suddenly. "Oh and, give her this.." Jareth said as he handed Hoggle something. *Time Skip* Hoggle hobbled around for a few minutes before he found Kira, having tired to stay near her before she had disappeared off to the ball. "Miss Kira!" He called as he came up to her side. "I thought I'd lost you." Hoggle said, even wiping his brow for a more believable affect. "I ran into J-Jareth, and he wanted me to give you this.." He said as he took out a small, silver heart shaped locket necklace. However this sort of locket did not open, but had a small clock in the middle of it, with 13 hours, perfect for labyrinth time. At the moment, the clock said it was 6:28.
